There are four distinct paths to assist customers who have minimal credit histories with the purchase or lease of a Mercedes-Benz or smart vehicle. First Time Buyer (New & Pre-owned) -- A great option for those with limited credit who do not require a high amount to finance. Proof of income required, see retailer for complete eligibility requirements and acceptable documentation.
Rising Star Program

EQB Loyalty Program
Select customers with a prior leased or purchased 2022-2024 EQB may qualify for loyalty offer. Only select VINs will qualify see dealership for details.
Mercedes-Benz Upgrade Certificate Program
A limited number of Upgrade Certificates are available, and this promotion may end prior to June 30, 2026. MBUSA may terminate, amend, or revoke the program at any time in its sole discretion. Offer available on select new 2025, 2026, and 2027 Mercedes-Benz models. Offer does not reduce the dealers advertised price. MB Van Loyalty Bonus Program
In an effort to support our loyal MBFS customers, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and Mercedes-Benz USA are pleased to announce the Van Loyalty Bonus program. The $2,000 Vans Loyalty Bonus is available only to eligible customers in good standing who meet one of the following criteria: (1) have an active qualified MBFS maturing lease or lease extension on a Mercedes-Benz Van, scheduled to mature between July 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026; (2) have an active qualified MBFS retail finance contract on a Mercedes-Benz Van that as of June 22, 2026 has only 40% or less of the original contract term (in months) remaining until maturity; or (3) exercised their MBFS lease purchase option or paid off their new van MBFS retail finance contract between December 1, 2025 and May 31, 2026.
